Going out & having healthy food too.

Nowadays  we miss healthy food restaurants. Ads are filled with unhealthy food.
Eating out can be a real pleasure . Unfortunately, with so many delicious dishes , you can easily end up eating a more fattening ( I mean unhealthy ) meal than you would have prepared at home.
But, it's good to know that a lot of restaurants care about presenting healthy menus & it's accepted to ask for something that's not on list.
This was the first step, to choose the right restaurant.
Second, preferably one that cooks (at least presents) olive oil.
Third, try to order some of additives or dressing aside in separate plate.
Fourth, concentrate on the quality not quantity. If you must, try use the "take home" bag.
       My own comment ;
" Don't be ashamed of asking or refusing any food that isn't matching with your way of living."
PLUS
" Everyone has his own metabolism that differs from anyone else".

..continued "Positive Thinking"

As I promised, here are some tested points to follow for positive thinking, that may help to develop personality & motivate you for living good, fruitful & peaceful life.
Positive thinking, is an art. The positive thinking artist never stops pursuing the masterpiece of positive thoughts.
There is no single recipe to follow.
But here are some guidlines you can use :

  1.  Always keep your mental focus on what you want. Before every action you take, spend a couple seconds seeing yourself getting the results you want from that action.
Wake With Positive Purpose  ...  Drive With Positive Purpose  ...  Interact With Positive Purpose  ...  Reflect With Positive Purpose.


  2.  Concentrate on what you CAN do and have, NOT on what you can't do and have.

The mistake is seeing the "bright side" of situations. People may think "I can't get the job I want, but that's okay, it may be for the best."
    "For the best" is a cop out.
When you say something is for the best, you're saying you can't have it but that's okay.
Why not think you can or may have it, just maybe not today?

   Positive thinking is a way of living, continuous attitude & strong will to live more & more efficiently.
